Bachelor's Degree in Math and Education from Purdue University; Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix
I decided I wanted to teach math during my senior year of high school. I loved the subject and enjoy helping others.
I get to work an hour before school starts to prep for the day so I will have time available for students. I teach four 90 minute classes each day. After school, I assist students who stay for additional help and continue planning and grading. I often take work home for several additional hours.
By far, my favorite part is working with students. Helping them succeed is extremely rewarding and seeing the pride they feel in themselves is extremely gratifying.
