I came from a trust department in a bank. I worked my way up from administrative duties to regional sales office service coordinator to my current position.
My day may consist of learning about a new client's enrollment needs, followed by a conference call with another new client to discuss their employee base and which enrollment approach will best fit their schedule. I also may receive notification that a prospective client would like more information on enrollment services.
I like the variety of my job, it also allows me to work with many different people at all levels.
